Hand-harvested in pallots.
We use wild yeast to allow fermentation to happen slowly and naturally.
AGING
12 months in French oak barrels.
1 year bottle ageing

Theresult is a cherry-red, wellbalanced winethat leavesa sensationof ripefruit in the mouth,combined withspicesand a smoothingfeeling. Intenseandpowerfull, yet vibrant fressneshonthefruitandbeatifully longlastingflavors.
